What is callback? The iTell callback service comes with your PIN for free. Callback is ideal when traveling to places where iTell does not have local or toll free access numbers. There are two main options for triggering callback: mobile callback and web callback. Mobile callback: It allows you to trigger callback calls from your cell phone. To use it, just call a trigger number provided by us. Our server will pick up your caller ID; the system will call you back and prompt you to enter your destination number.

WEB CALLBACK

Web callback: It allows you to trigger callback calls from a web page. To use it, just click on the trigger callback box, and you will see a small form. Enter PIN, number calling from and number calling to and click on “call”. The iTell system will call you back and connect you to your destination number.
